Our hourly rates are: $140/hour for two movers and a truck, $180/hour for three movers and a truck, $120/hour for two-movers labor only, and $150/hour for three-movers labor only. There's a 2-hour minimum. Dis-assembly and re-assembly are included in the rate — no stair fees, no extra fees. Flat rates are available through an in-home walk-through.
After you submit your move details, a coordinator reviews them and follows up — usually within a business day — to confirm inventory and access. From there we send you a free written quote. The number you sign is the number you pay.
Yes — fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry $100K in cargo coverage and general liability on every job. In the rare event of damage, we settle claims quickly and fairly.
For weekday moves: 2–3 weeks. Weekends, end-of-month, and corporate weekend office moves: 4–6 weeks. We do our best with rush bookings — call us at (227) 277-5490 and we'll figure it out.
All the time. Most of our corporate moves happen Friday night through Sunday so your team comes back Monday to a fully set-up office. We coordinate floor plans, IT, and furniture in advance.
Our specialty crews handle pianos (uprights, grands, baby grands), fine art, antiques, gun safes, and lab equipment. Custom crates and climate-aware transport when needed.
Reschedule any time up to 72 hours before your move at no charge. Inside 72 hours we ask for a flat $150 to cover crew time. Acts of weather and emergency are always free to reschedule.
Yes — we offer storage mainly for logistics purposes. We can receive your items, store them for as long as you need, and then deliver them to your site whenever you're ready.
